Cyst Removal

Recently, I found a cyst which was infected in the middle of my left arm, just to the left of the middle vein. After seeing a internal medicine doctor about it, I was given antibiotics to treat it, but the cyst is still there. It hasn't spread to my blood vessels, but it hasn't gone away either. I tried draining it before my visit to the doctor, but I kept feeling nauscious as I pressed against it. I'm due to the see the dermatologist this week and I wanted to know what treatment options would be available at what cost?

A cyst is harmless until or unless it causes pain or discomfort. Generally no treatment is required but they become painful then it means they are infected, Then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.
