Cyst issue

I have a nickle sized cyst under my right eye. Unfortunatley i have no insurance. is there a place I can go to have it romoved a be billed for it.

The treatment for a cyst depends upon the cause of the cyst along with its location.It includes drainage,aspiration or surgical removal of the cyst by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision.In case there si any suspicion of the cyst being malignant then biopsy may have to be performed.

I have one on my face that the plastic surgeon said would leave a scar when removed. I asked if there was anyway around this and he said any time you cut the skin it will leave a scar. He talked about stitches also that would fall out over time. Is there any other way I can have this removed without a noticable scar. I have read about minimal excision, but the Dr. didn't mention this to me. Help! I don't want an ugly scar on my face.
