I went to a dermtoligist approx 4 weeks ago as the cyst on my headHead and face reconstruction Head injury Head lice Indications of head injury Radial head injury had become infected and sore to touch.
The doctor said it would have to come off and my hair would need to be shaved, approx one inch in length in order to cutCuts and puncture wounds it out. He squeezed it and lots of blood came out and it was smelly, but the nurse assured me that it wouldnt be cancerous but it would be best to have it cutCuts and puncture wounds out at a later stage. I didnt like the thought of having my hair shaved and if it wouldnt be a problem I would leave it.
Over the next few days I continued to squeeze it as the cyst became alot smaller and it had become flat and no longer sore to touch as it gradually healed. I was happy thinking that I would'nt have any more problems.
After washing my hair only a few days ago I noticed a big clump of hair was missing, where the cyst was. I am extremely upset and worried as I don't know what has caused the hair loss. Where the cyst was once is a bald patchAllergy testing Skin color - patchy and the skin feels weird, like kind of rubbery, it doesnt feel like the rest of my scalp at all.
After washing my hair again today another clump of hair came out.
I have never had any problem like this before and nothing has changed in my normalNormal saline flushroutineRoutine sputum culture.
Could you please give me some help in what I should do? Is there anything I can do to help the hair grow back?
