Cyst?

I have this bump on my upper right arm.  I've had it for about 4 years.  If I squeeze it, a white puss like hard material comes out (somewhat like a pimple).  When looking at this "bump", it actually looks like a crater, as there is a pin hole in the middle of it.  Any idea what this is?

I do not have bumps like this, however, I do have acne.  I believe this started out like a pimple  When looking at it, you notice the pin hole, but that's about it.  If it weren't for that, I don't think you would notice it unless you rubbed my arm.  It isn't raised.  You can feel the bump underneath the skin, more like a cyst.  It feels like a ball.  I do see my doctor regularly for acne along with depression.  I always have a list of questions for him, but I always seem to forget this one.  It isn't really a nuissance, other than I think it's kind of gross.  My father is deceased, but I remember as a child he had a bad acne problem.  As well, he had a similar cyst in the middle of his back (his was more raised though).Any info. you have would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks!

What is the size of the bump? Does it look like a pimple or it is bigger?
What is the color of the bump?
Do you have any other symptoms associated with this?
It could be a infection, or a skin lesion, or any arm injury?
