Cysts on my scrotum

I have been having the cysts in my scrotum since i was 12 years old. It started as few pimples and now has dominated  2/4th of my scrotum. when lanced a greasy exudate whitish in colour is exposed. The cysts are freely floating on the scrotal skin. i went to see the specialist and he said that he could excise it but it would regenerate again so there is no point in excision. but then the cysts are increasing slowly in number with size ranging from little sesame seeds to peas. i am very worried about my future because i am only 23 and still single. it has made my life hell. i haven't tried anything untill now but now am planning to do something about it??? any suggestions.

This is said to be very effective and your derm should be able to help you out in informing about the procedure which to my knowledge is quite safe.
