Cysts or Tumors ?

I the last couple of months I found a cyst in the middle of the back of my neck, then I found one on my back that bleeds every once in awhile. Now I thought I was getting a pimple on the top of my head, but I'm starting to think it is a cyst since its not going away. I never had any problems with cysts until I turned 52 last year. I showed the cyst to my doctor and he said, if they don't bother you then don't bother them. What could be causing these cysts all of a sudden. Its starting to worry me since they told me I had acouple cysts on one of my kidneys. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
