There are different dandruffDandruff control Seborrheic dermatitis shampoos in the market. You may need to experiment with them to find the one that works best for you (Coal-tar preparations, pyrithione zinc, salicylic acid and sulfur, selenium sulfide and ketoconazole). It is important that daily washing with an antidandruff shampoo is done to decrease oil and cell/flake buildup. If it persists, you may need to use a stronger prescription lotion or shampoo.
