DARK RASH ON ANKLE. HELP PLEASE? PIC INSIDE.

It's on my ankle, and has been there for almost a year.

Looks like purpura. Its related to platelet disorders. Such as thrombocytopenia, or decreased blood platelets. It could be related to vascular disorders. You would need to have blood work drawn to see if your platelets are low. Having low platelets increases bleeding risk. I would definitely see a doctor and find out why this has occurred. This can result in an underlying health issue. Good luck.
