Hi there so as of last year on my natal cleft i saw a blister that formed on both sides, and after about a week there was a bunch of red marks and looked like blisters on both sides almost identical it went all the way down to the top of my back thigh on both sides, shorty after i discover i had clusters of red tiny fluid filled bumps on my scalp near the temple area once again it almost looks like it was mirrored it was on the exact same sides of my scalp. the blisters on my cleft went away after about 3 weeks. and now exactly almost one yeear later i discoverd in the same spot as last time not to big but a tiny red rash on my natal clefts which is itchy no pain no tingling nothing, and i also must say on my groins both sides there was a red rash too that went away after about 3-4 days having said this i have never had sex so im kinda scared...

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
From your symptoms the red rash which has disappeared can be due to friction rub or sweat dermatitis but brown rash can eb due to pityriasis versicolor. It is a fungal disease caused by a type of yeast that naturally lives on your skin. When the yeast grows out of control, the skin disease, which appears as a rash, is the result.

The spots may disappear during cool weather and get worse during warm and humid weather and appears as light or dark patches on face or chest which do not tan with exposure to sun.

Topical antifungal treatment has been found to be quite helpful and anti-fungal topical products containing ingredients such as zinc, pyrithione, selenium sulfide, miconazole, clotrimazole, and terbinafine are available which you can use. Try treating that with clotrimazole twice a day for 2 weeks under your doctor’s supervision.
Hope that this information helps and hope that you will get better soon.

Wishing you good health.
