HEY DOC-
I wrote to you before about some swelling after sex. Here is where we stand...When my penis is flacid or even hard the marks from the swelling look just like dry spots, but after sex they swell up still. There is no pain or discharge or anythinfg just swelling that goes down in a couple hours. Could I have damaged the inside of my penis as such the outside is healed but still swelling from the inside? Please let me know. Thanks

I honestly don't know exactly what you're describing, but I can't even imagine anything you could have done to damage the inside of your penis. I think you're going to need to show a medical professional what you mean, but I can't think of any conditions which would have serious implications.
