Hello,
You can follow up with your doctor and use the Kojivit prescribed which is a good option for hyperpigmentation. Topical treatments with acids and chemical peels can be effective but can take a while for the skin to totally revert to its normal color. Microdermabrasion can also be done, but this might require several sessions. Skin resurfacing using lasers is also an option.

For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
Dear Mam,
Thanks for giving your precious time for me..I have consulted to doctor after your suggestion & he recommended me kojivit Gel, which I have been using since last month. In primary stage I feel like its working little & it will take more time to show total effect.. But after using whole month there is no mesurable change again. I guess Is it bcaz I was working more ofen in kithen with heat & oilness during the diwali ? or it will really take a time. should I continue with same or go for another option.Pls suggest me the best, I am bit confused.Thanx agn..

Hello,
It can be due to hyeprpigemntation skin. This darkening occurs when an excess of melanin, the brown pigment that produces normal skin color, forms deposits in the skin.
Treatment involves hydroquinone, azelaic acid, corticosteroids, tretinoin cream and laser treatment. Please discuss these options with your dermatologist before using them.
