Could anyone please tell me what I'm suffering from? Here's how I describe it. I usually get red bumps on my thighs as if something was biting me, but after all the permethrinPermethrin Permethrin lotion Permethrin topical and tea tree oil, I've assumed that it couldn't be scabies, unless they're superSuper aytinal 50 plus Super aytinal for active adults Super b complex Super b complex with c Super b-50 Super calcium Super high vitamins and minerals Super plenamins mutant mites! My crotch area's skin looks dark, I have fair to light skin, but an area of skin that runs from my crotch, scrotum, penis down and up through the skin between my buttocks and butt-hole are dark (sorry if it' sounds gross, but I'm trying to be as vivid as possible, this is probably a result of years of unhealthy ignorance on my crotch area's skin). I have also tried tar, The dark skin has been peeling-off and I'm letting it fall off. I haven't wet my crotch area for 5 days now and only wipe my torso and limbs to substitute for a full bath. Is this psoriasis? eczema? scabies? a super fungus? I just got cured from a bad case of dandruff last year by using a ketoconazole and zinc pyrithione shampoo. I also used that same shampoo on my crotch, but it doesn't work as effectively as it did on my scalp. Help please! I'm in despair and I'm losing hope!
Psoriasis is usually white/silver flaky skin. or it can also be red raised bumps. I have Psoriasis and from what I read I don't think it is that. There are a few things I can recommend.
If the area is dry I would try using a good lotion to moisten it. Try Oil Of Olay. Did you ever think it might be bed bugs as well? Check your mattress for little holes or mites in it. Wash your sheets and blankets it hot water.
A few years back I was itchy there as well. I had no idea what it was. It was dry and itchy too. But scratching it only makes it worse. Try to wear loose underwear that does not cling to your body. I would talk to your dr about this problem if it continues. As embarrassing as it is they can help you. Try an STD test. If you do not have health insurance your local health department can do it for free. Hope this helps you
