Dark spots

Hello, i have round dark spots all over my legs, they are not itchy ,dry nor do they cause any problems that i know of. they are smooth in texture. i will attach a picture so you can see what it looks like, im asking you kindly please to help me with this, I've been struggling with it for years now and it has really taken a toll on my life and self esteem. I went to a dermatologist before but she turned out to be of no help at all so I'm asking you please to help if you can.

It looks like your hair follicles are dark.  I am a big fan of neem soap.  It might lighten those up for you.  I think you will like it a lot.
