Debate Follicullitus or Keratosis

Debate Follicullitus or Keratosis

My doctors are at ends, one says Eczema, another said Keratosis Polaris, and the third thought Follicullitus.

The itch starts with redness, raised bumps. These raised bumps will spread on further itching. Originally started on legs, now is on back, forehead/cheeks, chest(Moving down middle of stomach) arms as well. They turn from red bumps into dark red raised bumps, that usually have a shine to them. These red bumps can also turn into flat and raised brown moles. Small, white moles, have appeared in the time of this as well, though they are scattered and few and far between.

I have tried Aquafor, in case it was Eczema, and that made it break out HORRIDLY, and spread the problem to areas I did not previously have it.

I've tried Hydro--cortizone, did not work.

I have been using antibacterial soap that has a slight moisturizer. I have found that if I leave the Anti-Bacterial soap ON my skin, as in rub a bunch on and pat down with a towel, the bumps reduce themselves(Crust over and disappear). However it has spread non-raised dark-purplish-red dots below my elbow(In the hair follicles). It also spread a couple of bumps, which seemed odd if it helped get rid of the ones on my upper arms(Though the non-raised reddish-purplish marks in the hair follicles remained).

Neosporin seems to help, as I was using it to keep it off my face. So it leads me to think infection.
I would say for sure it was an infection if the Anti-Bacterial soap did not spread the reddish-purplish dots(Under the skin) to below my elbows. But it DOES help with the reddish-purplish zit like bumps(With a shine to them).

I am getting blood tests processed, in two weeks they will be done.

I suppose you can email me at ***@****     if you have an idea. Insight helps. Appreciated- Chris

Eh, guess you have to reply here, can't email.

Something to add - It turns pinkish-red when sweating a lot, sweating spreads it I believe, it irritates it as well - makes it very itchy and annoying.
