Derma fillers

Derma fillers

I did a Juvederm treatment 5 months ago, around the mouth area, the parenthesis, the right side got better results than the left, it is flat and the line is less visible, my concern is that the left side is still bumpy on the inside and the outside too, I still feel 2 big bumps when I touch the skin, I feel that inside, and when I look at the mirror it looks more bumpy, the left side is flat. What do you think happened?. Are these bumps going to go away someday, that scares me. And sometimes I feel a slightly pain on that side, please help.

Hello,
Sometimes lumps are formed because of accumulation of product. I suggest you to get it examined from your doctor who has done the juvederm treatment. The other condition to be ruled out is formation of granulomas after the juvederm treatment. This indicates a reaction of the immune system to the gel.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
