Dermal Fibroplasia

Hi I was wondering if anybody knew what "Dermal Fibroplasia" ? My doctor has just got my results from my dermatologists and that was turned up.
Back Story - Im a healthy 20 year old , but for about a few months I have developed small colorless white spots on my genitals. I've been STD checked and im clean. At first I thought it could of been fordyce disease but the biopsy came back with Dermal Fibroplasia. I've searched everywhere for an answer and nothing has come up. So if there is anybody out there with some insight it would be greatly appreciated. I won't be able to reach my derm. until the end of next week to set up an appointment. Thank you for your time - EK.
