Dermatitis Atopica

My 10 years old son, almost 10 years suffers from eczema - Dg. Dermatitis Atopica. Since he was baby (3 months old) he had an itchy and crude face skin and after few months all these symptoms were disappeared. On his 4th, 5th and 6th age on his left cheek each year at the same month of year (July), at the same place on his face was coming up a herpes simplex. Last 4 years, since 2004 we are trying to get some way how to remedy syptoms (symptoms) of eczema Atopic Dermatitis on his arms and both hands where skin is very crude and itchy! Our dermatologist gave him a GLA Gama Linoleic Acid 2 capsules per day and some histamines when itchiness is on culmination, and sometimes corticosteroid creams when skin looks very inflamed. What should we do? How to get rid of this?
