Dermatitis?

I noticed this rash 5 days ago on my neck. It began as slightly raised bumps kind of in circular pattern. It's never really gotten bigger but the bumps flattened and now the center is filled in. The center was more pink until the last 2 days. It doesn't seep or anything and isn't spreading. Just a little itchy but nothing too bad, it itches more after I touch it or my hair brushes against it.

Hello,
From the symptoms it can be herald patch of pityriasis rosea or granuloma annulare. Granuloma annulare is characterized by round bump or rash. No treatment is required and it may go on its own. Severe cases may need steroids, non-steroid topical anti-inflammatory creams such as tacrolimus, cryotherapy, laser treatment or UV light therapy. Consultation of a dermatologist will be the best in your case.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
