Dermatology - brown spots on legs
Hi. I have those brown tiny spots on both of my legs. They were initially found in the lower third of my leg and it started to spread since i'm 6 or 7. They began to spread from small parts to bigger parts of my legs. They eventually become red tiny spots when expose to heat or sun. They are not itchy or pain, and lately i found out that my grandma has these tiny brown spots on her legs too. She told me it was there since she was young.
I'm not sure whether it is brown dermatitis but i think is genetically inherited.
Can i know whether there's any solution in getting rid of those brown tiny spots on my legs?
Thanks.

Hello,
It can be due to freckles or moles. On the lower legs hemosiderin pigmentation from broken down red blood cells from leaking varicose veins will give pigmentation around the ankles and shins known as a pigmented purpuric dermatosis. My sincere advice would be to consult a dermatologist.
Hope it helps. Take care and regards.
