I have had nasal reconstructon and the inside of the nasal cavity is swollen.  Is there anything I can doto reduce th swelling inside the nasal cavity

It is normal to find swelling and pain persisting for several weeks after the surgical procedure. Apply cold compresses and take some anti inflammatory pain killer after consulting your doctor. If the symptoms persist or there is increased pain, tenderness or warmth then consult your operating surgeon as infection needs to be ruled out.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
