Desloratadine expedited my aging process?

I'm male & 21, 3 months ago I tried some home remedies for puffy eyes & acne scars; then went to a medical MBBS doctor. He said that your skin is too dry. He prescribed Desloratadine 5 mg for 10 days & suggested me Vaseline Intensive Care for Extra Dry Skin.

I started using Desloratadine. It helped with the puffy eyes but it changed a whole lot in me. After 4 days of using this medicine I started noticing my fine facial hairs turning into coarse facial hairs & fine facial hairs coming out at all areas of my face. As the medicine was suggested by a doctor & it was helping with puffiness of eyes so I continued using it.

By the 10th & last day of using the medicine, my facial hairs turned quite hard & my facial features coarsed too. Before that I used to look 17 years old, just after 10 days of using the medicine, I started looking 20 years old & now after 3 months of stopped using the medicine facial features a bit more again now I look 23 years old. Now I have to shave everyday, before that medicine I had to shave every 4th or 5th day without any problem. Now I have to pluck some of my facial hairs on cheek.

Its not that I am afraid of aging but all this happened toooo quickly. No one would call it natural.

You can imagine what happened by that before using this DESLORATADINE the kids in the neighborhood used to call me big bro now they are calling me uncle!

I'm at complete loss what to do. What do you say happened? I searched the internet & no such side effects of desloratadine was to be found. What do you recommend to alleviate the effects of that medicine or at least to stop any further worsening (if it is too happen) of conditions?
