Discoloration of penis head (glans(glands) penis)

I have noticed that the lower part of my glans (glands) penis near the tip down is a dark color--a bruised like color. There is no pain, but I do not know what it is. I am not sexually active

It can be due to normal discoloration of glans (glands) or hyperpigmented skin. If the rash persists as papules then lichen planus should be ruled out. Lichen planus is an inflammatory disease that affects the skin and the oral mucosa, and presents itself in the form of papules (flat spots) or rashes. It is an itchy papular eruption characterized by its violaceous color.
