Discoration on penis

Several months ago I found that I had a strange discoloration on the shaft of my penis. A small white patch that resembles the shape of a deformed letter C.

Without discussing this with my doctor I later learned that I had chlamydia and most likely had for a while. Naturally I assumed it may be linked.

After taking the medication, getting retested and being cleared I assumed it would go away, but it hasn't, neither has it grown or changed.
What has changed however is the head of my penis which has developed a pink blotch resembling a rash that covers about 1/4 of the head.

There is no itching or discomfort of any kind from both discolorations however I am beginning to worry and am unsure if the pink spot is growing, if so it's spreading very slow.
Any thoughts???

For this white discoloration the possibility of vitiligo penis needs to be thought of. Vitiligo is a pigmentation disorder in which melanocytes (the cells that make pigment) in the skin are destroyed. The exact cause is not known but a genetic or hereditary predisposition has been seen.

To confirm the diagnosis, you need to get a biopsy skin done. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
