Do I have Breast Cancer?

I am sixteen years old, and I have had the same itchy red bump under my armpit for a few months. When I first found it I thought it was a bug bite of some kind, so I ignored it. After a few months I just assumed that the reason I still had it was because I continued to itch it. Now it is not painfull, but it can have a weird slight pain after I have itched it awhile. I got so tired of the itching that I started to do some research. I found out that it could be breast cancer or a cancerous lump.
