Do sebaceous glands get smaller?

Hey I have done a lot of research and came to a conclusion that I have sebaceous hyperplasia on the shaft of my penis. There are about 10 little bumps, some bigger than others and I believe it's from excessive testosterone production and apparently sebaceous glands enlarge when testosterone is released. I'm not sure if I have sebaceous hyperplasia or just enlarged glands, but is there a chance that if I don't masturbate in a long period of time that they will disappear? I am 15 years old by the way.
