Doc Please Help - Is This Herpes

i recently had what looked like a bug bite (just a single bite mark) appear along my waistline in the center of my stomach, it itched pretty badly and i ended up either popping it or scratching off the head. Later on that day my scalp began to itch during a 2 hour car ride. I also itched up and down my torso. When I got settled in I noticed I had a rash covering the majority of my torso, a red hive like rash that itched pretty badly. Benadryl gave me temporary relief and the hives/rash went down for the night. Then the next day I started itching again when I was in the car. Scalp very badly, but this time all over. By the time I got home that night I had hives across my back and legs and again took Benadryl and the rash subsided.

Shortly after that I noticed a similar bite mark/pimple on my left shin that I couldn't help but itch until it scabbed up. I picked the scab a number of times and the scab has taken a long time to heal. In fact a small, 1/4 inch red ring surrounded the scab for a short while.

The scab is still there.

Now after a night of sleeping in sweaty underwear from a soccer game, I woke up 2 days later and had some itchiness near my anus. The itching has actually subsided completely but there are what look like 2 open sores about 2 inches from my anus. I am hairy as are most guys. It's been two days since I first noticed the itchy open sores and they seem to be getting smaller but now I have sporadic pimples popping up randomly on my buttocks. There is no pain and no itching and my treatment so far has been bactroban.

Is this herpes?
