Does anyone know what this is

I dont kno kow long i have the but i have like allot off lumps in my bottom lip and some in my uper they dont hurt and look like lip skin. They are underneath the skin and are 3 a 4 mm big. Ik can move them from place like 0.5cm. When i pull down my lip i see some white spots but there are no lumps underneath. The lumps are left and right like 1 cm underneath the lip line ( on the inside ), like 3 left and 5 right and also 2 i feel right underneath the lip line on the inside. I suffer from chronicle tosilitis ( there gonne be removed in 30 days ) and i got psoriasis otherwise im perfectly healthy i dont loose weight and no abnormal fatigue.  I have been looking like a real hypochonder on every site available but i cant find anything about them. They feel like a fat lump or something. Im kinda freaking out but i think im to young for lip cancer i think ( im 30 )???

Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough, but it sounds like Fordyce spots. They are small yellowish-white granules on the inner surface and border of the lips.
Treatment of Fordyce spots includes CO2 laser or electro desiccation, TCA chemical peels (temporary treatment),diathermy or laser vaporization.

I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.

Well i found a really good to explain how it feels like. It feels like cellulite lumps like you can feel in youre upper leg right underneath youre butt ( if you are overweight offcourse) some bigger some smaller lumps. and start from the middle off the bottom lip at teeth height and they stop where the cutting teeth stop. Should i go to my dokter or do more people have this?

Hello,
From the symptoms it sounds like mucocele or retention cyst. It is a rubbery, bubblelike painles swelling. It is usually inside the lower lip, under the tongue or the inside of mouth and caused mainly by biting the lips or trauma during eating of food.

Usually it goes away on its own. But if it does not, then corticosteroid injections and surgical removal by scalpel or laser are done by a dermatologist. It then has to be differentiated from other mucocutaneous lesions also.

I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
