Does this sound like herpes? PLZ HELP

Summary: Had unprotected oral sex, the symptoms and chain of events that have effected me all start from day one with a 2 day break in between in which i was in florida swimming. All these symptoms starting from day one started to occur 2 days after having unprotected oral sex.

Day One of noticeable symptoms: First started off with redness at top of penis which I thought came from going in a swimming pool after a long time and sleeping with the same tight shorts on which cut of circulation to the top of penis and made it red the next day. I thought that this was a reaction to that. The redness was accompanied by small red bumps which surrounded the tip of the uncircumsized penis. The bumps were positioned right on the foreskin at the very end of the penis tip of skin at the bottom. Saw no blood in stool of feces, however when wiping observed small stains of blood on toilet paper.

After a day and a half the bumps disappeared but at the top of the penis appeared a black mark. The mark has absolutely no fluid and is quite flat. The mark was quite small. It looked almost like the size of a freckle but i'm of east indian descent so it looks almost like a birth mark i have on my back. The mark is black or a really dark brown but I figure it's that colour because my skin colour is really dark. After a day it got slightly bigger (may be psychological) but still looks small. A day later Two more bumps appear about 1 cm away from the other ones. They too are exact in characteristics.

Day two: I go to a walk-in medical clinic and see a physician. He tells me it could be a bacterial infection, or even herpes if the girl has an STD. The physician then started looking at my scrotum and he noticed another mark there. I thought it was a birth mark, but when I got home that day I looked at my scrotum and noticed several marks there aswell. He drawed three tubes of blood from my body, and put a swab down my penis. He told me I'll have the results in five days and I'm now waiting in total depression and away from work and normal activities.

Day Three: Three days later I look at my scrotum and I see more marks which I may not have noticed at first. There is still blood when I wipe. One mark on the scrotum is the largest of them all and is about double the size. The marks look similar to birth marks I had on my skin since I was a child.

There was on the first day itching (after the pool incident) but after that there has been no itching. When touching the bumps (if you want to call it that) or marks I feel absolutely no pain or sensation. There is no puss coming out of them nor can I "pop" them. Also, there looks like there is more on its way however they are really small black marks right now.

I'm now on Day Three now and am considering seeing a dermatologist but can't seem to get an appointment anywhere before march! Do you think I should go to an emergency room? I have no flu-like symptoms, nor have I felt any different from before.

None of what you describe sounds like herpes.  I guess the doctor was right to at least consider that diagnosis, but I have little doubt you test results will be negative.

Herpes comes in one area--not the penis and then the scrotum.  I haven't a clue as to what these scrotal spots represent.  Maybe they are freckles that you're looking at with unprecedented interest.  If you can get a doctor to look at them just to relieve you of anxiety, that sounds worthwhile.

Other than mechanical friction from the act, I can't think of any connection between tour symptoms and oral sex.

Best.
