Dont really know whats going on?

ok ive had unprotected sex about a couple of months ago but im really anxious about whats going on with my body.
at first i shaved around my pubic area..then i started to itch alot so i thought it was because of ingrown hairs..well to this day im still itchy in this area. not only that but i developed cracked corners around my lips about a month ago (long gone now) and they were chapped. i also started having bumps around my pubic area that formed to scabs. on a side note my skin is really really itchy and my dermatologist saw nothing wrong (although i feel like he did just a quick look see). i also developed a blister in the pubic area as well as anal area a while back.

i thought it was herpes at first but my conditions have never fully left since i first acquired that itch and they vary. my gential area also gets itchy but there is not one sore to speak of although tingling starts happening.

it has been getting cold recently and i do have lactose intolerance (and a eat a bunch of eggs)

could any of this be the cause of anything i listed because i had an std test and im clean..well i did everything except for herpes but i really dont have the money for that test now.

thanks in advance

Hello,
It can be due to blood blisters or herpes sores is another possibility. Most individuals have no or only minimal signs or symptoms from HSV-1 or HSV-2 infection. When signs do occur, they typically appear as one or more blisters on or around the genitals or rectum. The blisters break, leaving tender ulcers (sores) that may take two to four weeks to heal the first time they occur. Typically, another outbreak can appear weeks or months after the first, but it almost always is less severe and shorter than the first outbreak.
Please get it examined from a dermatologist.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

alright i thought i was all done and well with everything but now i have yet another problem :(

on my pubic area ive now began to develop bumps that are filled with blood and scab over...and i did not have this before at all during the span in which i posted this question. its weird to me beause there is actual hair that grows on this..not around it but actually on it.

i really do not know whats going on because i get this ongoing pain in my testicles that have never fully recovered to this day...i mean other than those two aspects everything else is pretty much gone...but the blood filled bumps are sort of freaking me out because i never had it before...so i dunno if i can just rule it as bacteria? i havent shaved in the longest so i dunno if it would be follucitis either

Hello,
It’s good that your oral symptoms have resolved. Since bumps have appeared after shaving, so it looks like folliculitis to me. Keep the area clean and apply some warm compresses and topical antiseptics. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.

For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

well nothing really happens within my lips anymore so im not really all too concerned with that.

but its strange because when i shaved a few weeks back a had a HUGE number of bumps all over the place and they itched and what not..no real sores on the gentials though. i also had a lump on my scrotum area that seem to arisen out of nowhere (was slight itchy) but other than that no other part of my body was affect at all.

Hello,
From your symptoms genital herpes needs to be ruled out. The fissuring at the corners of mouth can be due to angular cheilitis. Dry out the lesions completely by patting and air drying after washing with a mild soap and use petroleum jelly to lock out moisture. It is vital that the affected areas be clean and completely dry before application of the jelly. You can also apply small amounts of athlete’s foot cream which is available over the counter. If the symptoms persist then please consult a dermatologist as oral antimicrobials may be needed.
