Dry, rough, flaky skin patch on stomach

I'm 18 years old, male. I've had this patch for a while. I haven't been outside without my shirt on in a few years so it wouldn't be anything sun related. It doesn't itch. Skin feels raised.

did you ever figure out what this is? I have the exact same thing except its spread all over my stomach...I've been dealing with it for years now, and it will flare up sometimes and causes me to have extremely dry and irritated skin.

This question is in reference to your post from Oct 4, 2008 (long ago)...but your answer will be greatly appreciated!!
