1. Nope, dryness doesn't cause acne. Moisturizing won't aggravate acne either. If it feels good, do it.
2. People say that sun helps acne. If so, it's probably by a)tanning the face so the pimples look less noticeable; and b)relaxing people so they pick less. Otherwise, it doesn't help much.
