Dry Skin with Rosacea

Hi,

I have rosacea and have always had dry skin.  Recently my dry skin has gotten progressively worse in the face, forehead and scalp.  I use gentle cleansers, head and shoulders and gentle moistureizer, but it provides little relief.  Can you suggest otc products, prescriptions, supplements or any other advice in order to help the dryness in my face, forehead and scalp?

Any number of mild over-the-counter products are available: Neutrogena, Olay, Cetaphil, Cerave, and many more.  But maybe some of your dryness is part of rosacea, in which case medical treatment, whether with oral or topical (external) antibiotics) may be worth looking into.
