Dry itchy scrotum

First of all i don't know this is a skin infection or not. I was a hotel last week, took a shower then my scrotum starting to rash a little. Didn't bother to look. The next day i went for a swim in the lake. As I go home and shower i realize my scrotum was all dried up. It started to itch the next day and the skin peel itself off. On the third day my whole body started to feel tired.  I did not do any masturbation, or have any intercourse. Is this transmittal? Can someone give me any idea what is going on. Thanks in advance.

thats happened to me a couple times, i usually just apply a med-thin layer of hand lotion and im fine, i dont know about the tiredness though. maybe you were just fatigued
