Dry patches on left hand and dryness at knuckles

I have these dry rashy areas on my hands and around my knuckles. I have been eats really sporadically (I lost 20 pounds in 2-3 months) lately and not sleeping well, so it might be nutrition related. Anyone have any recommendations?
