Dry peeling red bumps

I recently noticed a red bump on the tip of my penis. I then recieved 3 consecutive similar red bumps on my bicep that looked like insect bites. Then they began to dry and peel. I waited a week and mosturized and then found similar red dry spots on my inner thigh, eyebrows, torso, legs, and worse, heavier dry bumps below the head of my penis that have been flaking small ammounts of skin that seemed to look like herpies (herpes) but wont go away. It has now been almost 2 months since i noticed the first red bump. There has only seemed to be degression. I have an appointment with a GP doctor, but my appointment is 2 weeks away. Help?
