Dry skin and red dots on penis

First, I'm not sure if this is the correct location to post...

A few weeks ago I started to see a new girl. We fooled around for a while, dry humping, and then eventually had sex. After the first time of having sex, I noticed some red spots on the head of my penis as well as the higher areas of the shaft of my penis. I'm not sure if this could be caused by dry humping, or maybe some scraping from oral sex or an irritation from sex?

The red spots on the shaft of my penis seem to be pin ***** small red dots (looks like a little bit of blood is just below the surface). on the head of my penis it is a lighter red and a bit large spots. Also, the beside the skin that attaches to the head of my penis from the shaft there is a bit large patch where some skin has peeled off as if it were dry, and is now itchy.

This makes me think of a dry skin patch where it gets itchy because it is dry.

I am unsure about this, and any insight would be great.
