Hello,
From the symptoms that you have mentioned I suggest you to get an examination done from a trichologist. It can be due to traction alopecia. Traction alopecia is caused by gradual hair loss, caused primarily by pulling force being applied to the hair. Treatment includes topical and oral antibiotics and surgical hair transplantation procedures.
If there is any damage to the hair follicles
, then you may have to resort to hair transplantation. Also since there is equal hair loss on both sides of frontal scalp, get androgenic alopecia also ruled out.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
