Dyshidrotic Eczema or Scabies Help!

So it's been about a week and a half maybe 2 weeks, I started getting some little bumps on my hands and feet that were slightly itchy. Then there were more bumps and red. They are not extremely itchy. But now they have cracked and dried some. I'm not sure how best to describe it so here are some pictures. Is this some type of dermatitis, eczema, or is it scabies?

I would try some over the counter cortisone, if not better, then it might be scabies. There are online dermatology sites where you can ask a dermatologist that might be more helpful.
