Ear bump/lump

Good day!

There's this small "bump" or "lump" on the anterior of my tragus (on the right ear). That's kinda the reddish area on the picture. It doesn't hurt or anything. Actually, there's also one on my left ear. Is it just some accumulated sebum or something? I hope it's nothing serious.

Thank you, and God bless!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be a clogged pore, small irritated hair follicle or a small cyst. Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
