Ear parasites/garden worm

Ear parasites/garden worm

Dear Sir....about a month ago , while gardening, I started getting alot of bites..couldn't see them....they left , what felt like splinters under my skin....a short time went by and there was something in my leg. After polking and proding and a lot of hot soapy water a worm (or part of a worm) popped out. It had a black head and body was white. The Doctor sent it off and they said that it was a non-human parasite.....meaning that It was not laying eggs or feeding on me....RIGHT!  A couple of weeks later I noticed a feeling in my left ear....alot of movement.....I ended up at and ER and the RN on duty said that he had seen roaches of late....but not a worm in the ear...He decided to  try and sufficate it.....I layed on a table for 45 mins...then I felt like I had to vomit...sat up and the liquid ran out....by the time the ER doctor had a chance to look in my ear...the said worm was gone....that was over 2 weeks ago....meanwhile, I feel it burrowed.....Like the one in my leg....I feel movement...at times it is really very uncomfortable, even hurts....I have tried perioxide, mineral oil,  etc....it only irritates it...does NOT make it back out....I have since been to an  ENT....he didn't see anything...WHY? because it is under the skin.....Please ....there has to be an answer.... thank you for your time
