Eczema ?

it appears to be an "eczema" disease. i'v been experiencing it for 2 years and it spreaded from my middle, to the 2nd, 4th and now the 1st finger (only right hand). So the finger's skin made a cycle, where it peeled, and then it grows the newer one but its thick and theres no fingrprint in it, then it goes back to peeling and again. (But in a small area). and after mayb long time for months, it sometimes spread by itself, cant prevent it or anything

I have also gone to 2 different dermathologist who said the same thing which is "an allergic". But from my research from internet, ive found that this disease started from psychological problem (stress), then it started to ruin the "immune system" and genes i believe (im not smart at biology). Is there any way to cure it ? i can only prevent it using some lotion.

*From the 2 doctors ive gone to, they never say the exact name of the disease, since they only say an allergic, i found the "eczema" name from the internet since it has a lil bit same symptoms.

There's one doctor said that it's caused by stress, well the others also said caused by latex material component (used for computer which i use daily for gaming especially the mouse that contact my right hand too much, as you can see only my right hand got this bad luck), i'm using cotton glove for now though to covers it from contacting with the mouse.
And somehow this eczema thingy spreaded to my thumb but for a thin size (when i was in holiday this december), and now its getting larger size, i tried not to put too much moisturize lotion since it will make it grows a thin and more fragile skin (right?)  I also start to think if i dont give enough, it would just spreads wider more easily and faster ? It starts getting like checkmate for a chees lol

My dad gave up when i asked him to take me to another epidermic doctor since he said it would be such a money waste and they'll just give me another moisturize lotion for a higher prices.
By the way, is this eczema only affect tropical people ? Because last year when i was in holiday in a cold climate,  it recovered quickly somehow and even i put really small amount of lotion at that time (i thought this thing had come to an end), when i returned home, it started a small size peeling skin again and getting on its way till now again.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to contact dermatitis or pompholyx. The exact cause is not known and excessive sweating can be one of the reasons. But some triggers like allergic reaction to soaps, detergents, foods, latex, nickel etc may trigger the symptoms. Apply some calamine lotion on the affected area and keep the area well moisturized. Use only thin applications of moisturizer ointments as excessive amounts of ointment may restrict breathing of the skin and aggravate the condition.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
