Hi.

Once more, where is this located?

There appears to be slight redness in the area. Is the area itchy? Also, the excoriations appear to be elevated. Are you a keloid former? This does not look like psoriasis as far as plaque psoriasis is concerned. Plaque psoriasis usually presents with a whitish patch with scales over the patches. Inverse psoriasis on the other hand does not present with the thick scales of plaque psoriasis. I suggest that you have this assessed by your dermatologist. This may be a dermatitis or an eczematous disease. Venous insufficiency should also be ruled out here. Poor circulation may also lead to skin conditions.

It is located on top of right foot.  Yes, it becomes very itchy at times like the worst itch I have ever experienced.  They are slightly elevated but I have never been told I have keloids.  I do have edema in the ankles most of the time and am on diuretics for this.  I have also been recently diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis.  Could this be psoriatic arthritis?
