cracking. Yesterday my dermatologist says I may have dysidrosis eczema. I also had skin patching test done last year and am allergic to formaldyhyde. Any suggestions?

We went through a bottle and a half and he never looked better. He's been good for two years with the exception of a trip we recently took where it was very hot and humid and required a lot of sunscreen. His skin was itchy and bumpy all over....not sure if he had a reaction to the sunscreen or not, but he seems much better now that we're home.
