Eczema

Eczema

In the last year or so I have developed a persistent groin itch much the same as had be described by sunrise25 on page http://www.medhelp.org/forums/Dermatology/messages/34822.html and I believed it this was as was diagnosed by Dr. Rockoff. But now I don’t believe it is Eczema because of what I’m about to tell you.
But something happened to me which made the itch almost stop without medication. I couldn’t think what was I doing different that might cause the change and it come to me, for the past week before the itch all but stopped I had been eating a whole grain rye bread and not the bread I had been for the past year.
I dismissed it as my imagination but I then ate the white continental bread and that night and the persistent groin itch started again. I then again went back to the whole grain rye bread and it all but stopped again (instead of an itch that would drive you crazy to a slight itch). Yesterday I ate pasta and that night the itch came back. My question is could the symptoms of a persistent groin itch be caused by white flour?
The funny thing is I have Eczema on my scalp and that hasn’t gone, if anything it’s got worse, what’s your take on this Doc?
