Enbrel Psoriasis Blood Count Profile

What is the expected or acceptable blood count profile for someone using Enbrel for psoriasis, particularly the acceptable low range, ie., neutropenia.  My primary doctor doesn't seem worried about the borderline levels, while my dermatologist panics when my levels near the low end of the normal range. I can't find this information anywhere or any discussion on it.  Thanks!

Enbrel does not usually affect the white blood count.  What matters is not the count but where it's going.  of course a low count shouldn't be ignored--it should be repeated.  if it doesn't keep going further down, they it most likely doesn't mean anything, about the Enbrel or anything else.  Please stay in touch with both your doctors about this, but it doesn't sound as though you have to go off Enbrel on the basis of what you've written.
