Epidermal Nevus

My daughter, aged 16 now, had developed red marks in almost in the entire body on 3rd day of her birth, slowly becoming black. Subsequently diagnosed as Epidermal Nevus. Went to many doctors - allopathy and homeopathy. Many dermatologists advised to leave it alone. Now, at 16, some of the area are still black colour - specially legs and body. Other areas are getting faded. Do you suggest any treatment to get rid of these marks ?
