Erection issue

Erection issue

Hello. This is strange but here goes. I was having sex with my girlfriend a few weeks back and did what seemed was pretty common according to others whom have had the same problem. I bent it downward to the extent to where it had popped. Not the first time it has happened to me, however, up until recently I now seem to have an irritation at the base of  it on the top side.. It's under the skin and what is a bump from what I can feel. It is painful when I touch it but only when I touch it. Also more painful when is erect. It is also clearly not going away for it has now been a couple weeks. Does anyone have any Idea what I should do about this and what the hell it is?

Hi guy, sorry to hear about ur recent erection popping.  It sounds like u may have very likely popped a portion of the connective tissue surrounding the two corpora cavernosa, which are the two upper resevoirs that fill with blood during an erection and the other third underside resevoir is known as the corpus spongiosum around the urethra.  There is connective tissue that surrounds these resevoirs and holds everything in place.  What most people dont realize is that the penis can be "broken."  When the penis is erect and is either bent like a horseshoe, or enough downward pressure is placed against an erect penis, the connective tissue and even the actual spongy chamber itself can either rupture or tear, causing a "broken" penis.  What sounds like may have happen, is that when ur erect penis was pressed down toward ur feet, it probably literally reached it's maximum stretching limit and the connective tissue on the dorsal side popped, known as the dorsal fascia.  When it tore, a bump popped up on the dorsal (upper) side of ur penis where it popped/tore the fascia underneath.
I would make an appointment to see a urologist as soon as possible and i would refrain from sex and even an erection until u have had it evaluated by a urologist.  I'm not a urologist, but i believe it can be repaired.  Good luck and let me know what u find out.
Take care.

Hello,
From the symptoms it looks like a hematoma formation under the skin due to trauma to the penis. Apply warm compresses and take some anti-inflammatory pain killer like Ibuprofen. Also consult a urologist as you may need ultrasound to rule out any fracture or other soft tissue injury and if it is a hematoma then it may need to be drained.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
