Eruption

I get an eruption on my hip which goes away when I apply Cortizone 10 on it.  It reoccurs a month or two after the treatment.  The treatment makes the eruption disappear within hours of application.

The eruption is a raised lump and can be up  to several inches long.  The tissue under the lump feels inflammed when the eruption occurs, but goes back to normal after treamtent with the Cortizone 10.

Any idea what is going on or what concerns I should have about this conditon.
