Erythema Nodosum like lesions w/vesicle lesions

4 days ago I discovered big huge lesions on the bottom anterior of legs, some of them have appeared on the side of my calves and some traveled up to the top of my legs, but very few of them.  Along with those lesions I also have few vesicular lesions around my forearms, upper chest, palms of hands.  Back 4 days ago, my leg lesions burned, now they hurt like bruises, in fact they are turning like bruises.  Under my lesions feel like big knots under my skin.
I am not coughing or have night sweats.  I have had chicken pox and my vesicular lesions don't have a particular pattern.
Just looking for clues.

From the symptoms that you have mentioned,erythema nodosum is an important possibility.It results in reddish, painful, tender lumps most commonly located in the front of the legs below the knees.

Diagnosis is by physical examination and biopsy of the lesion.Other lab investigations like complete blood count, ESR,ASO titer, urinalysis, throat culture, intradermal tuberculin test, and chest x-ray may also be done.

I wuld recommend a physician/dermatologist’s evaluation.Treatment depends on the confirmation of diagnosis.
