Experience taking Medrol dose Pack for Guttate Psoraisis(psoriasis)?

Hi - I was just diagnosed with guttate psoraisis (psoriasis) and my doctor suggested I try a Medrol dose pack if the topical medication (Clubex spray) doesn't work. Does anyone have any experience, positive or negative, using this type of medication for guttate psoraisis (psoriasis)? Thanks for sharing!

I prefer using antibiotics since Guttate Psoriasis is supposed to be triggered by bacterial infection.Steroids best avoided.
